Briefly, production process of cardboard packaging implies following:

Prepress

Design is provided by customer in digital form (PDF, Corel Draw, AI, InDesign...). It is desirable, in order to achieve the highest possible quality of print, that the preparation of draft is in vector format. The procedure of print preparation includes finalization of montage and graphic preparation after which printing plates are made.

High resolution plates are made on CTP Screen PlateRite 8600S with multi-cassette loader and latest generation of RIP. The dot reproduced on thermal plate is extremely sharp, which results in high print quality.

Print

We print boxes and other solid cardboard and paper packaging on modern offset machine Manroland which enables in-line varnishing, five colour printing of maximum printing format 715 x 1020 mm.
It supports print on large number of different media and cardboard up to 1 mm thickness. Manroland is equipped with colour and density measurement devices (Color Pilot), with hundred percent inspection (Inline Inspector) which enables us to achieve superior quality of print as well as high productivity.

The most quality raw materials are used in production, completely harmonized with requests and needs of our customers and specific requests of different kinds of packaging for different purposes (food, tobacco, pharmaceutical industry...).

Finishing

The new machines for finishing ensure quality in all production phases. We can offer you the following types of finishing:

• Gloss varnish
• Coating, foil stamping and blind printing for exclusive packaging
• Braille embossing
• Die-cutting

Die-cutting

Process of die-cutting is the process of cutting cardboard to the desired shape and dimensions by using a tool (die-cutter) on die-cutting machines. SANWA TRP 1060 S2 machine, as well as tools made by most quality foreign and Bosnian producers can guarantee superior quality of the final product – top precision, every time and for every product.

Gluing

Large numbers of boxes we produce imply the process of gluing on Omega 90 machine. Types of boxes we are able to glue are so called double wall boxes, linear boxes, boxes with self-closing bottom, and similar. The length of disassembled packaging that is glued is up to 90 cm with maximum of four gluing points. The process of gluing in the case of boxes for pharmaceutical products implies Braille embossing with Omega Braille system, as well as quality Braille engravings.

Transport

After the final phase of processing, we deliver finished products by our vehicles to your warehouse or address of your choice, packed in transport boxes, on palettes, or any other way in accordance to your request.
